Steam Achievements not working.

Hi. I'm getting the in-game achievements popping up, but the corresponding Steam Achievements don't seem to pop up.
I've tried new playthroughs, deleting the achievement log file and countless restarts. I've not used console commands at all either.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

We've got a handle on what happened and have fixed it internally. We'll be testing it prior to releasing 0.14.4, which will be out within approximately 1 week's time.

Keep note, tah ingame achievement menu works, its the steam unlocking that was not working for me for example. =)

Uuuh, this is weird, none of my achievements were unlocking, I decided to uninstall and reinstall, launched the game and suddenly everything unlocks in one bulk 'transaction' hadn't even started playing

Now I have every achievement... I don't get it

Every achievement is registering as unlocked at the exact same date and time. Even the ones I had unlocked when I first bought the game.

In addition to trying to reach out to Steam and register an Achievement when you earn it, we also do so on the title page. So it sounds like our game and Steam decided to have a nice chat on the title page. In terms of Steam Achievements registering twice (for ones you already have), we don't have any control over Steam pop-ups...are you sure you had them AND did not reset them or lose them in any way?

Yeah, I am absolutely sure I didn't have all, I only had some of the original achievements pre-version 0.13.x and just recently have been playing 0.14.4 as once the changes were announced I decided to wait. Since then have been playing on and off with getting some but not all the achievement notifications in-game, but nothing from steam - they remained locked - had this issue already in a version 0.13.x.

I figure it must be something with regards to my account... but its just weird.

Also I haven't even played until Leti arrives... but now have the achievements. But no matter, I will try have Steam reset my achievements for the game. Will be fun to start over ;)

There was a brief period of time after the release of 0.13.3 where Steam Achievements DID break. Not sure how that could have resulted in getting all the Achievements upon reinstalling the game, though. If you want to *truly* reset ALL your Steam Achievements, open up the console with the ` or ~ key, and type:

achievements "CLEAR CONFIRM"

Then hit Enter. That will clear the in-game record of your earned Achievements, and clear Steam Achievements for House Party (may require a restart of the game to take effect.

I have become an achievement 'hunter' recently, playing till 100% completion then moving on to another game, so that will help, thank you :)

Its fixed got the one with trying to get the MP3 player and it popped. Glad it was a fast one and not one that takes hours to get just to find it wouldn't pop.

For now, I didn't get any problem to get achievement except "Ice Bath". I am in the ♥♥♥♥ list of all the girl (except Leah) and it doesn't work. I watched some guide for this achievement but even if i get all the requirements, it doesn't proc. See you.

It works fine. You need to get on Leah's bad side.
