Get her drunk in the usual way and make her dance topless, tell brittany and she wil go downstairs. Brittany will then have the option to go into the hot tub, try a few times until she stays in then talk to Amy, tell her brittany is in the hot tub and that is the end for now.

in my game the credit card is not in the desk drawer that is next to Frank. Both drawers are empty

You don't need Ashley's panties, when you have sex with vickie you get hers and it works

Its faster to get ashleys rather than do all the set up to get Vickie into the party

in my game the credit card is not in the desk drawer that is next to Frank. Both drawers are empty

It might be bugged. I check the card was there 10 times just in case and it was there on all 10 tries. Have you started the quest to get it first?
