You need a lot of patience to play this game. For instance Katherine and Ashley, they tell you to follow them but they don't go anywhere, they just stand there forever. That's really a game killer cause who wants to spend 45mins just waiting for a character to finally move?

Are you running the latest version of the game (0.6.6)? Have you tried using the Steam file-integrity check tool? We have seen this happen with outdated, corrupt, or accidentally customized story files.

We are also aware that sometimes our AI and pathing is not...the best. If you are having major issues with characters not moving, try using our console. Hit the ` key in-game to bring it up. Then, check out the commands by typing help and hitting Enter. The following command should move Katherine to the upstairs study (case sensitive): walkto Katherine Study

Also try: walkto Katherine garage, walkto Katherine Garage, or to get Katherine and Ashley to the same place you can tell one of them to walkto a destination, then use: walkto Katherine Ashley or vice versa.
