WHy would you ask that here? This game doesn't officially support the Oculus (like most VR games sold on Steam).
Isn't there an Oculus store you can ask that in or something?
There's been tons of community collaboration for Oculus users and fixes in this forum, just because they're not officially supported doesn't mean they don't work. Unfortunately, I've no idea how to fix the issue, but that doesn't mean it can't be asked here as it is a FO4VR forum not a FO4VR Vive forum.
Ive got to the point that i can use the Right Grip button instead of the Right Stick Button, it helps a little but really would love to have the mandatory "click" when turning disabled somehow.
Im playing mostly seated, so 360 turning with real body isn't always an option.
Could be they made it this way to make the game less compatible with Rift... not sure.
With DOOM VFR it was pretty easy to add full locomotion and such, because they had kept pretty much the same keybindings as Doom 2016 had, so you could just bind the space key again and so on, and get back the ability to jump, run around with full locomotion, smooth turning... but with Fallout 4 VR you cannot use the keyboard to do these things, I am not even sure you can use a controller with this game.
Regarding the use of controller, it looks doable.. ;) hahaha. Look what this dude did.

With the Axis0 binding you just press the trigger while holding stick to desired direction, makes it less tedious compared to clicking all the time. Picking up items is also much easier, although it seems to sometimes get "stuck" and not function while looting enemies.
