Game is crashing at the menu

I was playing this game in October without any crashes, and then moving into November I can't last too long in the menu without crashing. It's not that I can't get to the main menu or click anything, but the game just can't survive for over a minute before a crash that ends with crash log popping up.

I am on Windows 10 64 Bit, RTX 4070 TI 16gb vram, i7 8700 non k, 32gb Ram, game is installed to an ssd.

It's almost certainly the anti-cheat.

I know Cheat Engine will trip it, even if it isn't running. Beyond that, Riva Tuna will cause issues if it isn't set to low detection mode and MSI afterburner might also be causing issues. Also Daemon Tools will cause issues.

It turned out to be reWASD, it auto starts with windows. I got it fixed, thanks for the suggestion!

I only had Win10 64bits, Steam and the game running. It crashes the moment the match should start, practice Team Deathmatch in this case.
I think the anti-cheat believes space-time itself is a cheat.

The anticheat doesn't do anything particular when a match starts, it usually kicks players when they're simply in the menu. If a match start makes you crash that may rather be an actual fault in the files (run an integrity check with Steam), or too high settings (even if you play on higher settings, when chasing problems you should go low, it makes loading times shorter).

Same here. Loading screen -> crash. Sometimes entering region choice, crash to desktop without anything else after 10 seconds. Fantastic development.

Same here. Oh well, easier to uninstall than spend time finding a fix for their game. RIP Quake Champions, it was nice while it lasted.

i think razer synapse could be one of the software that can do this too, at least in QL I had issues a long time ago. i used to use a surround sound utility in razer synapse, so if anyone here with issues are razer users make sure that synapse is off.

Can you just disable AHK process during the game? I have to manually kill it every time I wanna play QC because of the lazy "anti cheat" measures.

Instead of AHK triggering the anti-cheat, then you would have QC triggering the anti-virus.

thats not correct: When Cheat engine is not running its no problem.
RTSS @ low is correct
Afterburner is no problem
Daemon tools is now fixed with this update

that is the anticheat not liking one of your processes

Since this week's update, I've been able to play one game without any problems, but the second game no longer works. The map keeps loading without responding.

i'm gonna check it out again tonight and see if I am having any issues, no one has helped you yet?
