stuttering in quake champions on gsync monitor

all settings are on low. only game that stutters and no idea why. any suggestions? it only does it on internet games not in single mode games where other online players are not playing. only game that does that. some said it was latest windows update.

Severe micro-stuttering problems after installing the newest Windows 10 security fix (KB5003173)
I posted this on Reddit too, but I'm doing it here as well to spread information (and get some helpful tips if there are any):

My micro-stuttering problems are back. They're exactly the same as after installing the previous security fix (KB5001330), which I ultimately uninstalled and got my good performance back. Apparently, I will have to do the same with this one as well, but I don't want to avoid all MS security patches just because Quake Champions does not like them :/

Has anyone else experienced such problems and knows some fix or workaround? Thanks in advance for all your help.
