Seriously? You open a legendary chest and not only do you not even get a legendary, no, you get one damn Epic THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE and TWO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ COMMONS, BOTH THE SAME ITEM, THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE.

Why would anyone ever spend any money in the store is beyond me.

WHY would anyone pay for a lootbox?? Seriously. 400 for reliquary with poor chance of getting what you want. 1100 for gun of YOUR CHOICE. 500 for Vanity item of YOUR CHOICE. There is just no reason to buy lootboxes. And of course this is not Overwatch. We have very limited amount of items so IF you like the game, you play the game and therefor you will get every weapon/vanity legendary item eventually. (I have like 150-200 hours in game time and I have everything except 3 weapons and I am really not lucky guy, I had TONS of duplicates)

I agree that lootboxes as a progression system is just stupid. Duplicates makes you sad and frustrated. Not be able to craft what you really want makes you again, sad and frustrated. Excitement from opening lootbox is folowed, most of the times, by sadness and frustration. It's just stupid to treat customers that way. But I would not call it a scam. It is just stupid decision, base on copying (stupid) ideas from other companies ... It is just sad, if you think about it ... BUT again. You can get everything just by playing and that is something you can't say in every game.
