Explain to me how jumping off a wall gives you crazy momentum without slowing down at all.
You just need an 45 degrees view angle and spam forward+left and right.
Turning to match the vector gives more speed boost than just simple strafing.
45 degree view angle (to the left) and then forward+left jump right jump forward+left jump and so on. No wobling and still the same speed gain.
Should we replace it with bunny hoping? Well anyway the whole game is based on strafe jumping, bunny hoping sorlag, sliding....it's fun and it works!
But I think that circle jumping should be suppressed.
It's actually extremly hard to learn, and let's be honest, it doesn't add any interest to the game.
While strafe jumping takes 3 minutes to learn and is pretty fun.
