Whats with all the troll reviews and idiotic disccussion posts?

I was reading some reviews of QC, and they are so bad. Bad as in totally inaccurate. People saying stuff like it's like Doom 2016 MP only not as good - wtf...they serious? People saying go play UT its better - really?, I played it and it doesn't compare imo, feels indie. People spouting BS about cost and pay to win - all complete nonesense. Everyone has their own opinion on things, no probs if you don't like it....but why all the added BS?

Lots of these reviewers have private profiles, most have played for like an hour at most. Who tf are they? CSGO/OW?COD fanboys with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ envy?

Sure the game has its problems, but some of these guys are so full of BS they just can't be real imo. Same with these discussions, full of absolute ballicks. They've always been a bit weird with the likes of Mkcrushes and Roger Meille, but lately they have been so full of trolls that them guys are starting to look like the sensible ones.

Is this just the way the internet is everywhere these days or does Quake just attract nob ends? I'm too old for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ I normally don't pay attention to this type of thing, but I love this game - first f-in game I've loved in years, and everyone seems to want to urinate all over it. Stop it!

EDIT - my main gripe is not negative reviews - its obvious troll reviews with inaccurate claims that to me seem designed to promote this games failure and nothing else - rather than any type of genuine issues as expressed by the people in this discussion.

Sad but true, for a russian segment too. Most of bad reviews
incompetent, people, who writes it played for a hour or less and they write total nonsense, misleading other people.

People paid for a game and it crashes and there's only crickets from the devs, if that doesn't warrant a salty review I don't know what does!
