The only time I've had a mouse feel terrible with enchance pointer precision off were with cheap mice with garbage sensors.
With precision on my mouse has acceleration(obv) and a noticeable delay, unplayable.
Well, then don't use enchance pointer precision, which is acceleration.
That mouse shouldn't be having issues with that setting turned off. It has the 3310 sensor, which is a great sensor. What do you have the sensitivity set to under Windows? What do you have DPI and polling rate set to?
With that off my mouse is just inaccurate when im browsing the web. I like it a lot more with that setting on for that.
+1 for OP. Or at least give us a console damnit -_-
Also, check out MAT (Mouse Acceleration Toggler)

Might solve your issue.
I do understand. But you shouldn't be having any issues with the setting off permanently. You shouldn't be having any issues with accuracy with it off, unless you have a cheap sensor... and you don't. It seems like you have something set wrong with the mouse, or you have a defective sensor.
Out of all games, QC also has the most floaty mouse input. Doom 4 (2016) has precise mouse input, especially when running thru Vulkan API. Quake 4, Quake Live and pretty much every idtech engine based game (Rage 2011) is alot more accurate than Quake Champions that runs on SaberTech by Saber Interactive. Quake Champions also originally supposedly failed on raw input implementation because by some bad coding, devs claimed to get higher input latency with that ON than by QC default (direct input).
There has also been countless threads about this extremely long lasting mouse input issue that QC has had since it's beginning. Reports have been made about this issue, including by myself.
I made a steam and bethesda thread about this issue included. Consider sharing that thread for added visibility to the problem for the generalpublic and userbase of this game to know about.
Incase they get paid while issues actually remain unsolved for months(years even), theyre bound to not change their ways. Currently they get paid without doing a thing to improve the most important things first and instead have a completely wrong order of importance on the game's bug/issue list.
What in the world are you going on about?
I'm saying that the OP should not be having issues with enhanced pointer precision off in basic applications, like a browser... I have no clue what tangent you are running on about.
