I don't have your mouse, but I lowered my dpi and it helped a lot. I went really far at first - to around 40cm 360, and then brought it back to around 25-30cm 360 - Using a Rival 310 or logitec g502, i'm running 600dpi and 2 sens. It feels comfortable for me, aim and movement has improved, although I have similar results anywhere between 20 to 35 cm.
When I started I was at something daft like 3000dpi and whatever the default sens is.
800dpi is a good mouse setting for desktop use, so I just stick with that.
For the past 20 years, my method is to find a long straight path in a map, such as the RL bridge/hall on Blood Convenenant. I do 180's as quickly as possible while running that hall. Any errors in the mouse sens will throw you off course. Adjust and repeat until you can do it quickly without running into obstacles. Wish we had a console. GL
I always set up my mouse pad (large) to be 360 and am hyper "compulsive" about it being pixel perfect so set the sens to .2-1 and manualy set the dpi per title.I also like my scope sens to be exactly .5 of the standard and the lack of scope settings is bothering me.
Careful with anything much below 800 as you can run into pixel skipping.Really only relevent in quake for ultra long range rails but it still something to be aware of.
