One Hell of a Night: Free Doc first?
Anybody figure out the Free Doc First badge? Getting out of that starting area with just Hector seems impossible to me.

I did this on beginner. Just run back and forward to clear streets and heal up every now and then. and use front door if you want second badge too.

I did it on Desperado. You can either use money, footprints or tied bodies to lure every guard of the street one by one until you reach the bank.
Whistle + Not Bianca lets you get rid of 2-man teams easily. Throw Body + Fist Rush lets you deal even with the double Long Coat patrol at the end. Tied-up-Body Lure is your friend.

Money Lure is OP too. Be sure to knock out Rosie at the beginning.

I did this on normal, it's easiest to go along the main street, best thing I found is to use footprints (or a combination of footprints and whistles) to lead folks into traps, or just your fists. The Long Coat in the bank I think can even be lead out of the bank by leaving footprints in the street?

As others have stated, money lure.
OP you may have missed that at the beginning, it makes everything possible since you have an extra sight-only lure.
I also thought it's impossible but made it in the end, don't despair!

Pretty simple even on Desperado, do it like this using tracks to bait guards in blind spots but use Not-Bianca instead of Cooper or Kate.

What is the "money lure" I totally missed that!

knock out Rosie, she will drop the bundle of cash from previous night robbery, can be used similar to McCoy' bag

Edit: this is also necessary for the badge and achievement return money to the bank

It's part of the game - you are not supposed to see badges so as not to finish a lot of content of the first run, and therefore encourage replaying the game.
The second reason is that each new run allows you to try tackling the same mission in a different way, and you can learn and apply those tactics for new missions.
It's quite nice.

yea I am just basically telling the guy I replied that he's not the only one to have missed the money on the first playthrough.
