Resolution option only up to 1360x765

Help! the setting for resolution only gives me up to 1360x765 but my machine is obviously capable of 1920x1080 .
i am not that familiar with IT and its terms sorry if its confusing.

I went to confirm something. My own game's launcher seems to limit resolution to 1600x900 in my case (that's the recommended resolution of my monitor). Is your screen small or something? Also did you check if your graphic drivers were updated? Just a guess, I don't know...

I find strange that you only see 1360x765 if by example your monitor is 1920x1080.

my recommended resolution is 1920x1080, and i forgot to mention that i was using asus ROG GL502VT (idk if this have anything to do with my problem), and when checked all the driver was updated.
should i download and instal monitor driver as instructed or should i do something else?
also the game is lagging quite hard at some part in the game, is this related with my current problem?

IT WORKED! i was working on this for days and the solution is really simple, i am dumb.
altho in my defence the ingame setting stuck in 1360x765 when i launch it from steam.
only when i try to launch it from the local files does it allows me to choose 1920x1080.

to be clear, i still cant choose 1920x1080 in the launcher but ingame i can do it if i run it from the local files.
this much is fine i think.

I found another solution, locate the installation folder, right click on config.exe->compatibility->
Toggle the DPI and "Disable Full Screen Optimization" if you have them.

Wow. Tecmo Koei compiled their game without the settings in the manifest that will natively tell Windows to bugger off with its Hi-DPI stuff? That's really bad for a newly released title.
