Where can I find the press pass?

I can't seem to find it. I thought that it was in the house where you get the camera, but there is nothing there.

All I could find was the press pass in the ruins of the Camera building, and AFAIK Steam is a PC-exclusive game store. What gives? I'm very clearly not playing this on a game console.
