HIdden pipe maze area question

So in the room in the mines area where you find the coin after you destroy the box with the grinder item there is a secret pipe that leads to a hidden area with a new house you can start a run in, but after going through the maze of pipes you end up in a room with a bunch of trophy looking things that explode if you touch them, you can take a side pipe path in the maze to get the watering can but I tried watering some of the trophies and it didnt do anything. Does anybody else know about this?

This one stumped me for awhile, too! I thought you had to water the trophies to find the "real" one without exploding, but it's actually a lot simpler.

You'll notice the trophies themselves have a sparkling animation - the real one is the one that does not sparkle! No need to grab the watering can at all, it's just to throw you off.

That's true but that don't explain the role of the watering can inside the maze so..

You can bring the watering can back to the tree that talks to you before the rest area. It will say something different if you water it. It is completely pointless to do so, rewards you with nothing, and isn't particularly interesting, but hey, it's technically a thing you can do... unless you have the trophy, in which case I'm pretty sure you can't get back to that area anymore.

The trophy changes every time by the way also. So just take a second and watch, you won't get it by process of elimination.

I also thought it was hilarious that after getting the trophy you are trapped and the only way out is to kill yourself XD

What does the tree character say? I got straight to the trophy room and didn't get to see whatever was on the left side of the maze

I'm actually a bit annoyed now. This whole section should give the player another achievement. It's kind of hard to even find this secret. Found this in Mary's mode by accident. Also it'd be nice if the trophy had some kind of an effect like giving you 2 minutes to live, because it's probably an Indiana Jones reference. And the Grinder is hard to get anyway.
