PS4 Save Bonuses

Are the bonus items "Wind Foil", "Annealing Blade", and "Lost Song" pendant available in this version, via save transfers or otherwise?

Nope because Neither Re: Hollow Fragment or Lost Song are out yet, and the Original HF isn't getting a port for PC, and this version can't communicate with PlayStation versions so no Cross-saving either

@NightmareHollow: What about now? I'm asking more out of curiosity. 6 months after you made your post, Re: Hollow Fragment was released on Steam.

Are these items somehow very special? I have Re: Hollow Fragment on my PS4 and could get Hollow Realization on my PS4 too if I wanted too, but multiplayer costs there, although I'm not sure what the multiplayer even is and if it's worth it.
