Just finished premiere quest? what now?

I just finished the premiere quest line and defeated Tia, what do I do now? start grinding for

specific gear ( which region? ). What's the next way to go ?

It also doesn't safe the progress which means it still shows the aincrad quest.

The quest to reach the heart of Aincrad will always be there, it's a repeatable mission so you can finish it with each character (the one you get to choose before entering), and get the achievement for when you pass 100h in game time.

As for starting the DLC... I can't remember how I went about that, maybe head to the inn if you haven't already?

How do I trigger HNM bosses to spawn? wanna get the Anima 1h sword?

I believe they spawn if you complete all the quests in the surrounding areas. That's only a guess though...
