[Spoilers] Premiere
I'm at the part where I am supposed to addd Premiere to my party (It's what the tip keeps saying when I talk to her), but I cannot add her to my party via the normal method, and since she's only Rank 2 affection, I can't open the options tree with her either.

The event list says "Head Back to town and talk with Premiere". But when I do, she just says "Are you prepared?" And I get a tool tip pop up to "Add Premiere to your party." I've tried removing everyone from my party and everything, and it doesn't seem possible to add her.

Probably need to get her affection to level 3 before you can invite to party like any other chars.. All your old friends start with level 3 affection.

I can't though, that's the thing. I've caught up all side character quests, so there is nothing available to level her friendship up at all. Talking to her won't affect anything. Stuck at Acquaintance. And since talking to her only says "Are you prepared?" with the same loop.....I cannot gain any affection with her.

you cannot ask her to Take A Walk? Though, I think she should start at level 3 affection.

Strange...
I can understand your problem. You can't talk to her because of the event icon.
Does she show in your friend list? Try to add her from the list.

The command list is unlocked at lv 3.

I get that now regarding the command menu. I'm on my 2nd play through and never had any issue with her. So I would assume she start at level 3.

Unfortunately, I cannot progress the game because of this. If she requires level 3, but there is no physical way to raise her level.....then I'm sort of screwed.

Unfortunately, also not possible. Because she's not Friendly, she cannot be added to party. Pretty sure using CE would break it too, so that option is out. If the only option I have is restarting, I am definitely done with this game.

Its weird that she's not lvl 3 tho... She should start at same position as every other main and DLC character. Try just quick talking to her like 5 times, go to bed, talk 5 times, go to bed, etc. Maybe it will go up.

How about ask the others to give you a game save? No need to quit the game.

Already restarted. No idea why she bugged out like that. Really pisses me off that I lost 30+ hours of gameplay.

This game has quite a few bugs, but luckily I haven't encountered anything like this yet. If anyone needs a save, just ask and I'll be more than happy to upload mine. I just unlocked Infinite Dungeon with the Eugeo Skill Fusion event left to complete

From my understanding, doesn't using a save generated outside of one's own computer leads to a red name?

I suggested that you talk with Premiere to lv 2 or 3 after you know her because of your issue.

I had already said, multiple times, that she could not be talked to. ALL she'd do was ask if I was prepared for the quest.

You can talk to Premiere when you saw her in the city. You can check her emotion even at Lv 0. If you are using controller, press B.
