Stuck on loading, Help?

I can access everything in the game but when i trigger an event in the DLC2 Story, it starts loading and just stays like that.
Ive tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it, but im still experiencing this problem.
Help?

I have the same problem. In the DLC2 it never finishes loading.

I have the problem at the beginning of the game if i enter the market area. I dont use Bitdefender so this fix wont work for me. I also tryed to deactivate kaspersky but i am not sure if Kaspersky is the problem or is any software missing, i made my pc new 2 month ago.

Me too, i have kaspersky and i have try desactivate but stuck again

I also have the problem with the stuck loading screen when entering market street and i also use kaspersky so de bitdefender fix does not work. i tryed almost every other suggested fix but nothing worked for me. What pc do you have maybe we have similar componants and the game just wont work on those

Have you tried reinstalling the game with kaspersky of ?
Because i have tried every fix that was suggested somewhere and the only thing thats different is that i dont use bit defender but kaspersky
Also have you tried setting your sondcard to 48000 khz

can someone with a "working" game post his libary software like directx, Mircosoft Visual C++ 2005,2008, ....
Maybe a software is missing. Earlier i got a problem with "terraria" there wasn't the one required software installed.
Also i am installing win 8 on a virtual machine for testing

Kaspersky installed? I always hung in the loading screen, so I threw Kaspersky down, PC restarted and zack, it works. Now it will be reinstalled and checked, where the problem is
