Even if I have the PS Vita safefile on hand? I dont have it saved to the cloud.
That you can transfer your save between platforms. But you need to use a homebrew called save manager plus to backup the save uncrypted. As far as I know, steam use the uncryped version 513kb file, and ps vita the crypted 544kb file. If someday someone come in this thread again and have some trouble converting, talk to me, it is 02/26/2021 now, maybe in the future I'll still remember how to do it.
2° Drag and drop your GAME00.BIN in the save editor.
3° Set the Hash Algorithm to Playstation Vita and Save Version to Version 2 (Vita/Switch)
4° Save it. It will create a GAME00.BIN.new, rename it to GAME00.BIN and copy this file.
5° On the PS Vita install Save Manager Plus.
6° Start the game at least one time(I recommend to use a fresh installed game) you can close the game in the character creation screen.
7° Open Save Manager Plus and do a Decripted Backup(Just press X when it ask if you want decrypt the save)
8° Now paste the GAME00.BIN in the folder: data/vitaSaveManager/PCSE00903/SLOT0/SAVE/
9° Go back to Save Maneger Plus and Restore the Save (restore the save from the "Game menu" not the "Save" menu, just don't press R1 in the Save Manager Plus and you'll be ok).
Done!
Sorry my english, I did my best to explain so maybe one day someone can play your PC version on PS VITA.
