Need help how to Be stronger.

Im lvl 150. and i kinda super Weak....
and i mean i bearly have 2k DPS.....
i holding 2 swords of Almost legendery sword+9
1 Transform from Legendery Sword, Both swords Dual swords.
and i bearly have 136k HP.
also i bearly have 300 SP when i dont have Buffs that i need to active,
i saw many youtubers players who play at lvl 80 bearly even 90, that can kill the top Bosses that suommons on some maps that are like lvl 150 Mobs or lvl 166 Mobs and they can kill it with some dmg.
when i hit a Boss i bearly hit 2k Dmg per hit.
how can i mange to upgrate better my gear?
all my armor is 5 stars Green items+9 if it can be + and if it isnt then it is just Green.
how can i make my self more powrfull?
i feel like lvl 40 realy....

Firstly I will say that a lot of YouTubers who have posted videos on this game use modded gear, not everyone but most, so it will feel like your weak in comparison. I thought the same thing.
What part are you at in the story?

Genral rules of thumb for getting stronger in this game are:
-Fight episode enemies, they normally drop the strongest gear.
-Acquire skill fusions, and rank them up. This is a must, the difference is like night and day as far as damage is concerned...
-Acquire better gear for your team, this can help more than you think.
-Progress through the story. Once you get to DLC 3 you will notice your character quickly power up.
-Paragon weapons and armour, if you have access do it. These can be the best gear in the game, well worth doing.
-And the infinte dungeon speaks for itself. Once you unlock it you will fly through levels.. the gear is great as well.

Finde the Masked NPC.
it is after the Volcano.
so besiclly im super weak. and everyone stronger...
also i wanna to do Anigma but i dont nderstend much about it , it is too hard for me to understend+ i still cannot finde the least reminde Demond from thoes Fly Mobs that i need to farm to get the least Ingridncse for the legendery... too hard.
I farm over 2 hours and got 0...
anyway so i cannoot prossess into the first trial of the Anigma with out it.
so im weak...

Apart from being curious as to how you got that much col in a short time, I see nothing abnormal in your stats. Your attributes could be higher, given your level 150...

You could get the attacker fusion, as you are in the DLC you have access to it.

Speak to Argo to start Fusion quests, there are guides all over the place for Fusion aswell look those up.
