True Paragon Aura Question

Mkay, so my question is do you need to do anything before applying the True Aura? (Like enchant for maximum stats etc)
I'm almost done with the Army bosses, but am wondering is there any recommendations before applying the Aura to my weapon.

Upgrading Paragon weapons goes like this > Awaken maximum number of times until you can no longer awaken anymore > True Awaken > +9 through blacksmith > +19 through Enigma Orders

So use the Enigma "Awaken Paragon Order" as much as I can, then use the Enigma "True:Etheral Heart" and then +9 through the blacksmith. Not exactly sure wha you mean at the last part with the +19, though I assume you mean +9 through the Enigma, +1 through the True awakening, and +9 more through blacksmith

Right, once you finish the process all the way to +9 using your blacksmith of choice, you go to your weapon and press Y to view what stats you can increase. For Etheral Heart I went with the +30 SP upgrade path and kept fulfilling the requirements via that Enigma Order until it was +19

Also you wouldnt happen to know where the Accursed Blademaster HNM Boss is? Or at least the Region of where he can be found?
I'm done with my Blue Rose enigma but can not find this HNM >.< Online doesnt seem to help since it stems to a achievement :/
As for the Olive sword, is it in the Orpharim Sky Fortress? People are saying you clear all the Events first, I havent done this, just asking so that I dont sit there scratching my head when I do XD

Ok so I found a decent video on how to do it and in what area he spawns in.
You first have to do the "The Bloody Dagger" and "The Bloody Sword" down in Ratluz in the Elionward Dominion. Here's the link
