Ordinal Scale Costumes

Where do I get those costumes? I talked to the pseudo-something npc and there arent the costumes

Sadly they have been removed from the PC Game and I have no idea if they are even in the game anymore.

Damn, I really wanted to use those costumes. I hope they add them as DLCs at least even if it not fair for the players as we are buying a "supposed delux edition"

I could be wrong, but maybe Bamco wasn't licensed to bring those outfits to PC. The only way anybody would know is ask them about it, if they would even answer. I doubt they'll add them as DLC considering the fact that everything else was rolled onto one package for PC, meaning there's obviously some reason for them being omitted from Steam.
