"2026, Sword Art: Origin, a new VRMMORPG has emerged."
With no background knowledge of Sword Art Online, and this statement taken literally, I doubt I'm the only one who is confused by this false pitch.
It is not Steams fault that you can't read.
"Flavor text" ring any bell?
How is it a false pitch? Can you see into the future? Who says that by 2026 they won't release a new VRMMORPG?
As far as any of us can ascertain, this pitch will turn out 100% accurate.
Note to self: stay far away from this cesspool. I don't want to end up like these guys.
Not our problem you can't read the queens english nor realise it is presently 2017 and not 2026
This game is not a VR game, the story however takes place within one.
A VRMMORPG would be a virtual reality massive multiplayer online role playing game.
This game however is ABOUT one such game. Not such a game in itself.
The Sword Art Online franchise takes place in 2026 within Virtual Reality Multiplayer Games.
VRMMO refers to the genre Sword Art Online and the other games set in its universe are set in. Not to an actual genre of this particular real world game
