[SOLVED] Stuck on loading screen

[SOLUTION] Apparently, BitDefender was doing some kind of interference with the game and its action prevented me to play. Maybe it will work with someone else too like it worked with me and ChibiDude :D
Kittimaru also discovered that allowing the entire SAO folder with another antivirus lifted the problem, so making the game an exception may help even those who doesn't own BitDefender :)

Just after entering Town of Beginning and being tasked with a tour of the city with Asuna, trying to travel to the market area and going to the scene view trough the park, the game stops during loading and completely freezes stopping music, just to restart the music a bunch of seconds later while still being completely stopped. Even trying to load the saved game from the main title screen gives the same effect with a mid-loading freeze, stopped music and then music with the game still halted.
Has somebody encountered this problem too?
Any advice about it?

EDIT: I exceed the minimum requirements on the steam description, I can play the game well during the full tutorial, but in case someone may need it here's my pc specs:

OS: Windows 7 64bit
CPU: AMD A10-7870K Radeon R7, 3.90GHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Radeon RX 480 (Driver: 17.7.2)

EDIT 2: I tried different actions as possible fixes, but without any changes in the situation. Here's a list (look also at ChibiDude post for other informations):
- Run the game from folder
- Run the game as administrator
- Re-install the game in same folder
- Re-install the game in different folder
- Run game in lower graphic settings
- Change into windowed mode and into fullscreen mode
- Restart the game (and so deleting the stuck record)
- Changing course of visit (market first/park first and then view/park and then market)
- Checking Steam cache for corrupted files or similar
- Downgrading my GPU driver to 17.5.2

EDIT 3: fixed the title and the text of discussion since it's not actually a "crash" of the game but a "stuck" or "freeze". My bad.

Unfortunately we tried a lot of different things without success before discovering by chance the BitDefender fix and I really don't know what to suggest you, I'm sorry ><

Try to set your sound card out put to 48000 Hz. It worked for me

Okay I fixed mine as well, allow everything from the SAO game folder in your anti virus trusted :)

That´s a common thing wich is why i´m kind of pissed at myself that i didn´t think of this possibility before going to bed, i even bought 8gb of ddr3 ram today so that i have the needed 16gb :/

Thanks. Same problem and fixed by disabling Bitdefender (I am using the free version, which does not allow "exclusions").

I bought it first day for ps4 but I did not play it much. Also, the console seemed like a jet engine when I played, which was annoying. I am missing the Ordinal Scale dlc though (which we should have in this version btw).

Thank you! I just whitelisted the .exe file on the advanced defense and it worked.

Btw, it seems that it only happens in this specific situation (when warping to market). After that, at least for bitdefender case, it does not happen again. As free version user, I only had to disable the AV for that specific part.
