Brütal Legend reference.

I just wanted to comment it since I had a "Fangirl" momment when I saw that scene. If you haven't completed the part where you need to find a new brain for Nick, I recommend you to do so and play Brütal Legend. It is awesome.
So, you get inside this new brain of Nick since he's having a sensorial overload and you need to get inside his mind and fix it. Once you progress a little you see the audience demanding a "Sensorial Fest" to which you need to gather all the senses together so the band can play. The first one you gather is Vision, who plays a Violin. Once you get where the violin is you enter a short cutscene where Rasputin tries to pick it up aplying some force, when he does he lifts it victoriously and some lightning strikes on the instrument, just like Eddie Riggs does when he lifts his battle axe at the beggining of the game.
I loved that momment since Brütal Legend is one of my favorites.

omg Raz does the laugh and everything that is so cool! And it makes sense too given that the Jack Black voices the Psi King.

If you go back to the Backstage area of the level after you've finished, Raz says that he "doesn't want to interrupt the band during their encore", and that he'll just clean up backstage "like a roadie".

It also helps that the voice actor for Raz voiced one of the musicians in Brutal Legend's opening (the one who would have been crushed by the falling stage props if Jack Black's Roadie hadn't pushed him out of the way).
