Fullscreen isn't a display option

The settings only let me toggle between windowed and borderless, but I have problems with my mouse cursor veering off onto my second screen and messing with my camera movement as well as having constant framedrops outside in the Questionable Area.

Linux/AMD if that matters :P

Remembered ProtonDB exists after I posted this- the issue is the Native Linux build which is garbage, will run perfectly using proton instead.
