How to get out of green needle gulch?
??? I cant find the quick travel spot.

If you haven't defeated the last boss, you can't leave Green Needle Gulch. Post game, there is an Otto-bon hatch. I'm blanking specifically on where, but it's around the Heptadome.

Yeah, I know that now. Worth noting, that it's also possible to leave through the same way thet you came here, the one on the mountain, but both reqire getting rid of final boss.
