Unable to finish "Betrayal in Blood"

When I was going to stop the coin guard commander
and touch the destination by the tint
the event didn't work.
pls help me solve this bug,thx

What are the conditions of your coup d'état ? Does one of your friends died ? Did you succeed to stopping it ? If not which city fall ?

The achievement "Betrayal in blood" is unlocked when you kill one of the companion.

Hi Martin,I loaded my file again and finished the quest few hours ago.
And I found the answer.Yesterday I left coin guard office(after read the letter on commander's desk) from the back door on 2nd floor.
The hint led me to the port but nothing happened.
This time I left from main entrance and run in the commander.
Then finish the quest quickly.

But I still think the hint is a little tricky,maybe you can improve it~
