[BUG] Can clip through the wall at a specific location

Down the ladder to the left of the entrance to the Governor's Palace in Hikmet.

The bottom part of the ladder is partially within the wall as well, but the real problem is that you're able to walk through the wall on the right side of it.

If you walk through the wall and then to the left, you get stuck and are forced to load a saved game.

The barrells in that same area I fell on and could not get out then fell behind them in the wall
