Travel to village Vedrhais! HOW???
I get to a symbol that tells me I'm only meters away from the village and to press [E] to continue. It opens the world map but I can not select any place other than the city/town I just left. I don't think this travel think was even covered by the developers. This sorta killed the game immersion for me!

Thanks, that will come in handy. Hopefully this information will let me figure things out. Could this be a matter of not having travelled there already?

Okay I think this may have more to do with not having been to Vedrhais previously. I just tried the merchant travel to Hikmet and then to San Matheus. Now when I walk to one of the travel (E) points I can travel between all three cities, Hikmet, San Matheus and New Serene. Trying to travel to Vedrhais is still not possible.

The main mission is to check in with the Governor but when you reach the palace one of the tribal people get attached to your party and the quest is to travel to her home village. How are you supposed to get there if you've never been there?

Is it possible to travel to Vedrhais almost directly after arriving at New Serene or do I have to find another mission that takes me there some other way than travel by foot?

Some quests don't open up right away, I can't remember about that one though as it's been a while since I played.

Slow clap! Thanks very much. Your original answer worked. I at first read that the Romance Enhancer and No Fail Option worked but later on in the discussion it mentions that it works but prevents travel. I removed the mod and I'm travelling. Thanks again, would have never solved it without your help. You earned the reward!

That's great.., I am glad I was able to help. I know how annoying it can be when trying to figure out why a game won't do what it's supposed too lol
