pros and cons for each class
once i choose a class of main character in beginning, i cant change it later, right?
between a warrior, a technical and a mage, which one is the best for later part of the game?
i heard a mage is really good in this game but in other rpgs, a mage tends to suck in big boss battles. so i dont know

All your class does to determine your starting skills and equipment, the actual leveling is free formish
At start, I'd go with Technician. For later, it doesn't matter.

As far as magic goes, it seems pretty lackluster. You're also going to run into enemies that are magic resistant.

Long Blades, Firearms, support magic (stasis and heal), and your choice of various Technician abilities (weapon enchants, traps and potion grenades) is the way to go, imo.
I like magic personally, although I find myself using the melee magic attack and teleporting away to recharge my mana most fights, sure, there are magic resistant critters out there but there are also armored critters which are strong against physical attacks too so that balances out in the end.
Haven't run into anything I couldn't melt with stasis. It's a bit OP. If stasis sticks, you can lock down an entire group of enemies. You can then select one poor soul to harvest while the rest sit there and tenderize. Even if it doesn't stick, the next follow up attack will be buffed (1.5x), so just blast it with a shot from your firearm for maximum pwnage.

Long Blades turns you into a combine harvester.

Weapon enchants, potion grenades and instant traps during dodge push you into overkill territory. Especially traps. AI doesn't even try to avoid them.

Overall, being starved for mana is annoying so I limited it to a support role.

I imagine a mage would be pressured a lot more if the game didn't allow you to kite so freely.
thanks for the answers
Magic and the long blades ones
I tried all the classes and found the magic class to be more flexible. I love healing my party and draining armor! The quick teleport ability's also great! You get crystals to reset your class.

I'd likely play the rogue (don't recall the exact name) more only if the stealth was done correctly. Alas, the companions mess it up.

Magic one the best I think so.
first play through was magic, and found it to rather... over powered.... once you get the storm ability, just have both companions be melee, and watch as once you melt the enemies armor, they melt the enemy
Combat is so simple, just do whatever.

Magic is OP for enemy crowd control, nukes, and party support.

Tech is OP for supplementing attacks with poison, kiting enemies into traps to whittle them down, and AoE spams with concoctions and grenades.

Magic is far more versatile than tech because it has a defensive buff, a self heal that turns into a light party heal, and crowd control combined with an AoE nuke later. While tech is purely offensive.

Honestly, the only "wrong" build is straight up 2H fighter because tech and especially magic are so OP you'd be foolish to ignore em.

The only problem with magic is that mana is woefully limited. Fortunately, magic potions are relatively cheap and plentiful, especially if you can make your own.

The problem with tech is you practically need science in order to craft your own traps, poisons and concoctions.

Agree on this one. Melee work like the magic.
