Its pretty simple, just choose what you want for the future of the island.
Ullan is pro settlers and will allow the exploitation of the island at the cost of the native culture.
Duncan is a moderate and wants a balanced way for settlers and natives to live in peace.
And Dedre wants to violently throw all foreigners off the island.
Its pretty clear who is supposed to be the " good " choice. Game even tells you flat out " i made the right choice" when that person becomes high king.
Also you can only achieve the 2 best endings by selecting that leader.
Okay, well thanks.
However in relation to the not choosing any high king it is in theory optional to do so but that choice won't come up untill the very end of the game after you have chosen one. You will know what i mean when you get there.
This reminds me of the 2016 U.S. election....anyway...thanks for the tips - I'm going to give it to Ullan so my people can exploit the island...
That first part didn't age well.
Also, have you forgotten who your parents REALLY were, and what happened to them, and who did it?
you can have three different colour endings! :)
