The same is true for talents where you would get the 3rd point but you can already get that 3rd point from companions and gear and it would only be more convenient.
The only true breaking element would be attributes because each point also adds life but then we could have a life cap instead of level cap and it would be the better solution.
At that point, level 46 should be the hard level cap. If you do still continue to receive health points, at least that's something. Not much, but something.
no changes on any of your stats past 46. 45 you stop getting talents and 46 u stop getting attributes/skill points. so yeah there is no point on having a hard cap of 99.
Im waiting for them to update this and give us more points otherwise il stop playing the game for now till then coz im at 50+ right now and Im afraid if update/fix comes i wont get the points. LOL
So your health remained the same even as you progressed towards level 50? If so, definitely seems like some kind of oversight/bug.
Maybe a bug? :|
Greedfall is not mmo where you're supposed to grind till doomsday.
And besides, every level makes the attribute and talent sections have a blue exclamation mark as if you have a point, but you don't.
Uhm, this might come as a shock to you, but it's 100x more common in MMORPG's to have a hard level cap in comparison to regular RPG's that more often than not let you grind out to level 99.
What a horrible and inaccurate comparison.
That being said, if they don't want you to grind it out, don't allow the player to go up to level 99 and instead make the cap 50. That makes 10x more sense.
I did all side quests, all companions quests, all missions and so on.
I was level 37 at the end of the game.
How does anyone even go over level 45 and why?
