I'd like to know this too. Seems really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to slap you with two big undodgable rep losses in a row, but I've looked it up don't see any way around it. I could understand putting the "good" outcome behind a big charisma wall or something, but not having an out at all feels really weird, especially considering my natives rep this playthrough.

The only solution I can think of is doing the Cera quest before finding about Vinbarr having Constantine. Don't really feel like backtracking hours of content without confirmation, though.

She will die no matter what as there is no option to save her. Honestly it wouldn't matter anyway because the king views Constantine as a thread to their many faced god. Even if there was an option for her to live it wouldn't have made any difference in the outcome of the king, constantine, and the many faced god.
