Basic Attack Stop Comboing

Has anyone had their basic attack stop comboing? It just does a single handed magic attack, instead of alternating hands when I use my ring. I could of sworn that it use to alternate hands and provide a small speed boost to the attack by comboing, but now it appears to just repeat the main attack animation, requiring the player to wait for the animation to reset completely instead of flowing into a combo animation.

It is the range shadow impact talent, for some reason it effects the attack speed for the unrelated shadow missile most likely a bug. Once you get the next talent whirlwind of shadows however it will go back to normal.
