Those gloves are a rare drop on a lot of human ennemies, and can sometimes be sold by merchants.
You can also find a pair of those in a fixed crate at 3 different places in the game.
Until then, the blacksmith in the "New Serene" city (not to mix up with "Serene", the city of the prologue) can do any craft for you, even those that you don't have the crafting level for, with an extra cost for the workforce of course.
Also, for a future notice : when you sell an item, the merchant will keep it in his stock until you despawn him (by loading a save or a new location for example) so you can buy back any missclick.
