Promises Set In Stone doesn't start

Apparently Siora's second quest should have begun right after or soon after the first quest. It hasn't. I'm quite far in the game now, I've got the healer to Constantin, the main quest tells me to go face the faces (don't spoil, please).

Reputation with natives is Friendly. It's Nice with Siora, too. I did mistakenly bring her to witness the blood ritual (so I got -1, but it's still Nice).

I might see if completing Aphra's and Father Ted... err, Petrus... quests changes anything (if they don't compromise Native rep), but they joined after the quest should have already started, so I kind of doubt it.

Also, all Vasco's and Kurt's quests are already done.

Do you suppose I'm too far and my game's screwed somehow?

That companion quests locking them to party and preventing starting another companion's quest thing is a bit crap decision, I must say.

Have you already done the trials quest? Iirc you need to finish that quest before Siora's mission, so you may actually not be far enough.

I see. The guide I was reading (Gamepressure; usually good) confused me about the order of quests somewhat.
