Can't romance with Kurt for some reason.

I did pretty much all the requirements, answered his questions to max his reputation, completed his companion quests.

However, I can't get the dialogue to trigger his romance option. Anyone know why?

If you followed the romance guide exactly, romance can begin without fail. Apparently in some dialogue you selected the wrong answer.

I'm not sure if there are some conversation choices that may lock you from romancing him (the -2 ones perhaps?), but you don't have to get all answer's right, I didn't because I wasn't planning on romancing him and it still gave me the option, so you might be missing some of the required things to romance him: complete settling scores mission, be female, have the relationship at friendly, not having romanced anyone else. If you do fulfill all of them it should give you the dialogue to meet him at your quarters.

Wait, if I romanced someone else already, I can't get this option? I did romance with Vasco earlier in my playthrough.

This is first time I've heard of this. All the guides I've read so far never mentioned it before.

This is first time I've heard of this. All the guides I've read so far never mentioned it before.

If you select the "I love you too" option and get their relationship to "loving", then no, you can't romance anyone else (which makes sense, you are supposed to be dating them), you can only romance other followers if you select the "One night stand" answer. I believe there is a mod that allows you to have different active romances, but I haven't tried it out.

Ah, looks like I messed up then. Sadly, I would lose at least 10h+ of gameplay if I reload one of my previous saves. I romanced Vasco much earlier and chose the loving option for a specific achievement.

Looks like I'll have to do another playthrough in the future (would have to probably anyways)
