Is the character creation actually character creation?

Like, can I adjust skin color, nose shape, hair, beard, etc? The last two games had premade chars, and that was a let down for me.

Hi! Ummm i think is gonna be more like a male or female character with a predetermitated apperence. Dont think they are gonna let us customizate, and honestly i think is better that way since the "character creation" in previus games were kind o lame XD maybe a badass predetermitated character will be bether. Sorry is the writting is bad im from Argentina.

No you wont be able to change skin color

apparently you can choose male/female and have some small modification like hair or eye color a bit like in Technomancer

The more detailed and in-depth the character creation is, the better. The Technomancer creator was very poor so hoping for much more options here. Yes it is a set protagonist in terms of base role, like ME Shep, but that doesn't mean appearance options cannot be extensive. It is a must for me. A simple male or female choice would put me off buying the game at all, but hopefully that won't be the case.

No character creation? Geez. That really sucks. Imagine having a game about choices and what your character says and does, but not being able to actually make the character. That's such a weird design choice. Like, what if you were stuck with a generic Shepard for Mass Effect or a generic Nord for Skyrim.

You can create your character. It's just a bit basic. From what I've seen, you can choose between different faces, skin tone, hair style/color, beard and other such things.

Its not as in depth as other games but the options you get to choose from are
Gender
Face
Hair
Facial Hair
Eyebrows
Skin color
Hair color
Eye color

as to how many choices there are within each option we don't know.
