Nvidia Lip Sync Improvement
Before I begin, I want to clarify. It's not perfect, and you won't suddenly be playing the Witcher 3, but it was a massive improvement. So I thought I'd share in the hope that it helps someone else.

Go into the Nvidia Control Panel
On the left choose "Manage 3d Settings"
Choose "Add" from the main window and select GreedFall.exe
Set Power Management to "Prefer Maximum Performance"
Set Preferred refresh rate to "Highest Available"
Set Triple Buffering to "ON"
Set Vertical Sync to "ON"
Click Apply and close the Nvidia Control Panel

In your steam library select Greedfall
right click on the game in the Navigation Pane
Select Properties
Click on the tab labeled "LOCAL FILES"
Left-click on "BROWSE LOCAL FILES..."
Right-Click on GreedFall.exe
Click "Properties"
Select the Compatibility Tab
Check the box labeled "Disable fullscreen optimizations"
click "Apply" and close the window

Launch GreedFall
Set the game to Fullscreen
Disable Vsync within the game
Exit the application and then restart it.

I hope this helps, enjoy!

I don't recall having to do this 8 years ago when I installed Skyrim....
It's a shame, I was going to get this but glad I saw all the shortcomings of the game before I pulled the trigger.
I do hope all that have purchased do enjoy it tho :)

I really enjoyed Bound by Flame, in spite of its shortcomings, so i was going to pick this up basically no matter what.

Is 'Set Preferred refresh rate to "Highest Available"' a crucial step? I don't have such an option in my nvidia control panel

Using Nvidia's Vsync and turning it off in game is probably more important in the long run.

A mod to remove the bottom teeth of evil would do me.

I very nearly bought that back in the day too.
I am v interested in this, despite it not being perfect. I think it's just a tad too expensive(just my opinion mind). I'll likely pick it up in its first sale ;)

So does this help with conversations audio? I get background voices and environment noise but, when having conversations I gets no audio.

Do you mean that after doing these steps it removed your audio or was that already an issue right off the bat?

I think these help to get bit better sync, no longer that jarring.
