Very very poor optimazation so far. At least for me. How ur PC is handling the game?

so...i have an i5 4690, i know its kinda old, BUT, its what the game ask as recom. gtx 1060 and 16gb of ram, and JESUS, the city, the first one ur at, even on medium the game cannot handle stable 60fps

its super annoying, not to mention the CPU overheat, 100% all of the time and temperatures above 75degrees, i live in brazil so it's hot in here, i have an water cooler and even so the cpu almost "breaks" my normal temps are always 65 while gaming, more demanding games are 70 at most, but NEVER almost 80 as i got, not even with gears 5 that i played today.

so guys, how ur performance so far?

4k all ultra 30-40 fps. 1080p all ultra 60+. Card GTX 1080. Fine for me.

It seems to be fairly demanding. I would say the most demanding game I Play.Even more so than Assasins Creed Odyssey. Definetely playable. But I have an I7 8700K and a GTX 1080ti

yeah, for people with better gpu and cpu seems ok, but i'm reading that people with 1080 are having problems too, but good to know

I'm running a R5 1600 ryzen and a GTX 1070ti and it's got a few dips to 58 or so nothing bad. seems more when walking than fighting the drops happen. I'm on ultra. draw distance in the middle. Kinda strange on the options. I've only just started also.

gtx 1060 6gb, i5 7400 cpu, 16gb ram, ultra settings, usually 70-80 fps. (1920x1080 resolution). The lowest I hit was 50fps in some parts of the city, but the vast majority of the time I am over 60fps.

so, ur cpu its better than mine, but we have the same gpu and ram, and my performance is so bad, even if the cpu is the right one as recom. specs thanks for the feedback

I9-7900X 32gb Ram RTX-2080 4k ultra settings runs fine, My temps get to 59C on water

2560x1440 on Ultra with RTX 2080 TI, arround 90 - 110 FPS. But on the first start, my game was stuttering. After a restart, my game runs smooth as ♥♥♥♥.

With a 2080ti to get a solid 60fps (with no drops at all) at 4k I turned down the shadows to high (everything else as high as they will go) and dynamic resolution down two notches which I believe is 80% render scale.

i7 2600k and a GTX 970.

Can't use Ultra textures, as I assume it's hitting the VRAM limit due to the massive drop in performance and amazing stuttering I get. So if their suggestion is a 4GB card, it must be using up between 3.5GB and 4GB of VRAM with ultra textures at 1920x1080.

Aside from that, yeah, the game runs really, really poorly. I still haven't found a balanced settings profile that will give me a locked 60fps in the starting city.

I'm close to just saying screw it and forcing 30fps with RTSS and just cranking up all the settings besides texture quality. At least then the game would be stable. For anyone who needs to run the game on low settings to get 60fps, don't bother, just get a refund. This game on low settings is unbelievably ugly.

I'm also half-tempted to just get the game for PS4, or more accurately, PS4 Pro. At least then I'd get HDR, and it might even look better than the PC version does for me.

I am having the 1060 3GB with the i5 8400 with accompanied by the 16GB of random accessible memory and am getting a solid 60FPS with a mix of high and medium at 1440P.

Perhaps set your expectations a bit more modest with your system?
