Neat glad it does gives me the option to new game plus or new game as well if i wanted
Thats stupid because you would be level 40 and the mobs level 1.
Ng+ adjusts the mobs to your geared up hero.
That would make sense. But do we know if gear is level based or is it region/story advancement based.
I would assume you'd have to have certain attributes unlocked to wear certain armor/weapons.
I feel like gold and crafting materials would be nice to keep. Or consumables. But until the game is released we can only hope
I mean, yeah, NG+ is not an exclusive soulslike feature. Chrono Trigger had NG+ and in that, you were pretty much had to play NG+ multiple times to get all the endings.
I can't imagine how an epic open world rpg where you can easily max your character on the first playthrough would remain engaging in a NG+ if you already maxed out your character on the first playthrough, what is the second playthrough, just walking through it for story?
there are very few CRPGs i have seen with a NG+.
Fell seal arbiters mark, has it but that's a whole other genre entirely. . .and NG+ in that was boring because i was already maxed out. . and i even set the settings to have all the enemies maxed out and extra enemies on the battle maps and it just made things tedious.
i guess NG+ could work if it was like a "hard" mode, designed to be a challenge even to the maxed out character. i believe that's what the soulslike games do
