Any reason to get Mental Power and Willpower to 5?

So I've got several legendary items, including a ring and necklace, that only require my magic related stats to be at 4. As far as I've been able to tell, they are the best items in the game for that type. So...is there any reason, gear wise, to boost stats to 5? Because I understand why you would want to for the other physical related stats, as there are plenty of weapons that require a stat at 5 to equip. But, I don't think there are any rings or necklaces that need a 5 stat?

Are there? If so, can anyone name them so I can try and find them and compare to what I have?
And to clarify, I know there are some basic stat improvements for having stats at 5, like mana pool and magic damage. I'm talking specifically about rings/amulets that are restricted to lvl 5 to equip.

You only get 16 Attribute Points total. You might want to spend them wisely.

And a ton of reset crystals to redo my powers/points. Your comment didn't actually address my question at all. Do you have any input on whether or not there is any Stat 5 specific magic ring/amulets?

I can't speak for Rings/Amulets but I have found and bought a level 5 rifle so I assume rings and amulets of level 5 should be around.

That's the thing though, I haven't seen any. I mean I've beaten the game at this point, and found legendary versions for rings and amulets, but none of them require Stat 5, which I find a little strange you know? When I've done searches for things like "best ring/amulet in game", it usually points me to the stuff I already found. Which just makes it kind of weird to me.

I've looked in the game files and apparently there are 3 weapon rings that require 5 Mental Power (1 is unique). There are no necklaces that require 5 willpower though.
