Yes. There are 2 big faction quests left with the Bridge Alliance that can get you to Friendly if you do everything right.
I also helped the natives against the attack and fell from NICE to SUSPICIOUS with the Alliance but got to FRIENDLY after their next two quests.
Oh thank god, thank you. I wanted to get a nice perfect happy good run where everyone got along even if I'd like to destroy both groups the congregate is allied with. But that will be playthrough 2.
Usually the last main quest with everyone in last act will make everyone friendly no matter what.
Only way really to not get friendly is skipping a bunch of side quests. It's not really about choice or decisions it's about skipping stuff.
