I am working slowly toward lightning dash, I went for heal and shield first.
Charisma problems is just you not using your talents. Lockpicking... Mehhhh I feel that. Insight is a matter of gear or companion relationships (I just put my first point into insight at level 17 and I now have 3). Stealth is absolutely unecessary. If anything before I dumped enough points into technical to get better range options and science to get more ammo I spent a lot of time wishing I could take hits better and dish out more damage with a strike or had greater ability to stun/offbalance enemies in melee. The game is what you make it dude, I'm sure all of us could wish some things were better in some trees but the devs did a good job of giving advantages and disadvantages to each. I literally spent my first 10 hours of gameplay just dodge spamming cause if I get hit I DIE. lol
