How to make explosives to open walls
So I've found a cracked wall in some wildlands, I already got science 1 but I can't manage to find out how to make explosives to open these walls, I wanted this wall because it has a ritual altar behind it and it grants +1 skillpoint. I tried looking for guides through google but didn't managed to find anyhthing useufll. Thanks in advance

I've just been going up to the wall and it prompts me to blow it up.

whenever i found a wall like that back in the prolgue area and i approached it it gave me a prompt and they explosive was crafted/used on the spot. Im guessing you dont have the right materials or it requires a higher level of science.
