Naut uniform in new Serene ?

So I left Serene and got to this new location.
Was doing this quest and the quest giver suggested me to have a naut uniform and I can't find it or buy it.
Seen guides and its only in the docks of Serene but not New Serene

It's not a special unique 'uniform'. Like half of the loot you get from enemies in alleyways are naut gear.

Just know you can knock a guy out if you sneak behind them, I didn't know this was a thing a first and was very confused how to do it stealthly

you can get it from taking off your companion's armor. you can also buy it from the first shop you find in new serene.

Yeah, 'knock them out' with a special sleep inducing knife to the brain.

Cool btw found out you can use sleeping pills and won't have any problems I just didn't want to get bashed by the nauts and end up hating me.

Yeah I was shocked when I first seen the animation, still no one seemed to care... Tbh I was hoping someone would atleast say about the warehouse staff being dead lol
