Nope once you're in a relationship with one it blocks off the other possibilities.

No, but you can hook up with one then tell them you dont want something more serious during the cut scene after and still hook up with the other if you still do all the right romance options

Sorry for digging up this dead thread but it comes up as one of the first google results if you're looking for an answer to that question.

If you do it as proposed by fastanddanger you won't get the achievements though. The only way to get them all is:
-save-game
-have sexy time with the character
-commit to the relationship/say you love them
-re-load

...
-restart the game as a character of the opposite sex because you will only be able to romance Aphra as a man and Kurt as woman
