So how long the playtime?

I have double that, with a single, but thorough playthrough and pretty much all the sidequests.
You could speed through it in less.
I'd say 30-40 on average for those that don't feel the need to do all the sidequests.

I'm playing on extreme difficulty and been taking my time, thus far I'm hitting 70 hours and still playing the game.

It seems to be somewhere around 35-50 hours, though some have spent even more. And I remind you, that's just for a single playthrough and this game is MONUMENTALLY replayable, with remarkably different builds, party members you choose to bring, approaches to combat and of course choices, which are often predicated on your character build.

I see me putting in around 200 hours in total. Absolutely insane.

Reached 26 hours but I don't think i'm halfway the story yet. Or maybe just barely, kinda occupied with side stuff.

I can see this game easily being over 50h if you listen to the dialogue, like to do side stuff etc.

I wanna guess main story would be 25-30h if you beeline it. Shorter if you skip all dialogue.

25hours if you speedrun it on easy maybe, not even sure about that since you need to level up to resist to strong enemies xD or maybe on easy with skipping dialogue and stuff yeah.
Im at 38hours on Normal, i try to get all the side quests (not the items missions or camp) and i have still not finished the game ^^
Reviewers said 25 hours but they didnt even try to get more 5 hours and supposed 25 could be the normal time...
Better to get different fair opinions here if you want to know about the game.

Finished it at 24 hours, but it was a time well spent. I didn't do all the side quests and discover all locations so there's that.
Played on normal difficulty.
Only fast forwarded dialogues in some side missions (just to skip the VO, still read everything)
